Jason Jackson and Doug Payne nominated for Houston Press Music Awards

The Houston Press will be announcing on July 2, 2009 the nominees for the 2009 Houston Press Music Awards. After all of your nice and careful voting in the nominations, we have been informed that Jason Jackson has been nominated as "Best Miscellaneous Instrumentalist" and Doug Payne has been nominated for "Best Drummer". Thanks a lot for making the nominations possible!!!

The voting for the finalists will occur from July 2 through July 26, culminating at PLUMP's performance at the Houston Press Music Awards showcase on Sunday July 26 in downtown Houston. As soon as we have more details on the link to vote (beginning on July 2) and the location and time of the PLUMP show, we will definitely let you know. Thanks!!
